I seriously feel bad for women who have to suffer some of those miserable diets or intense exercise sessions to have a smooth, nice bellies. It is good for men that when we need muscle we are going to get rid of our body fat automatically, for an upkeep expense of your muscles. What I am saying is I am happy I am a guy.
