When I first read the rumors that Apple was working on a big-brother version of the iPod touch I had the same reaction as most people: “Huh!?” The more I think about it however, the more I realize this may be a stroke of genius and create a whole new product category.

The guys over at the Double Viking have put together a list of the top 10 funniest Alcohol-Related film moments.  Its a decent list, but if it was up to me I would have included all of “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.”  At least they got this great scene from The Big Lebowski:

Engadget correctly pointed out that the screens in these things are only 10 inches.  That makes it a lot less cool than I originally thought and makes me wonder what the $3k is for.  Personally I would just buy a 50 inch LCD and invest the rest of your cash in 40’s.  You know those will come in handy during the coming recession.

I dunno why i like this so much, but i do.  I think my favorite part is that he’s wearing golden shoes at the time.  Enjoy:
